Bill Summary:

Brown v. Board of Education Scholarship Program
Fund; unused funds; Enslaved Ancestors College Access Scholarship
and Memorial Program benefits.
Requires any moneys remaining
in the Brown v. Board of Education Scholarship Program Fund, including
interest thereon, at the end of each fiscal year to be distributed
in equal parts to each of the five public institutions of higher
education that are required to implement and execute the Enslaved
Ancestors College Access Scholarship and Memorial Program (the Program)
for the sole purpose of providing the tangible benefit that is required
to be provided pursuant to the Program. Current law requires such
moneys to remain in the Brown v. Board of Education Scholarship Program
Fund.
