Public auction of personal property to satisfy
lien; advertisement requirement; website. Allows an advertisement
for the public auction of personal property to satisfy a lien to
be published on a publicly accessible website that conducts property
sales. Under current law, an advertisement is required to be published
in a newspaper of general circulation.
