Bill Summary:

Get Skilled, Get a Job, Give Back (G3) Program;
eligible institutions. Expands eligibility to participate in
the Get Skilled, Get a Job, Give Back (G3) Program to any public
or private historically black college or university in the Commonwealth
that offers workforce development certifications and associate degree
programming. Under current law, eligibility is limited to associate-degree-granting
public institutions of higher education.
