Bill Summary:

Consumer Data Protection Act; sensitive data.
Provides that, for purposes of the Consumer Data Protection Act,
personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs,
mental or physical diagnosis, sexual orientation, or citizenship
or immigration status shall only be considered sensitive data if
used to make a decision that results in a legal or similarly significant
effect for a consumer.
