Bill Summary:

Hospitals; regulations; visitation; individuals
infected with COVID-19. Directs the Board of Health to include
in regulations governing hospitals a provision prohibiting hospitals
from restricting in any way the ability of a patient who has tested
positive for infection with COVID-19 to receive visits from members
of his family.
