Changes the date of elections in the City of Bristol from May to November and the start of terms from July to January. The bill clarifies the term inaugural or organizational meeting and changes meeting dates that referred to July to January. The bill changes the expiration dates and references to filling vacancies of other boards from June to December and July to January.
