Virginia Freedom of Information Act; closed
meetings; privacy of witnesses in law-enforcement administrative
investigations.
Provides that a public body may hold a closed
meeting to protect the privacy of an individual in administrative
or disciplinary hearings related to allegations of wrongdoing by
employees of a law-enforcement agency where such individual is a
complainant, witness, or the subject of the hearing.
