Bill Summary:

Office of the State Inspector General; investigations;
prohibition on interference or exertion of undue influence by the
Governor, etc.
Prohibits the Governor and the Governor's chief
of staff, counsel, director of policy, and Cabinet Secretaries from
interfering with or exerting undue influence upon any investigation
by the Office of the State Inspector General of fraud, waste, abuse,
or corruption by a state agency or nonstate agency or by any officer
or employee of a state agency or nonstate agency.
