Bill Summary:

Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity; improvement plan for the one-stop small business permitting program. Requires the Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity to develop a detailed improvement plan for the Department's one-stop small business permitting program and to provide the plan to the House Committees on Labor and Commerce and Appropriations and the Senate Committees on Commerce and Labor and Finance and Appropriations by November 1, 2022.
