Bill Summary:
Campaign finance; fundraising during special
sessions prohibited. Prohibits campaign fundraising on and after
the first day of a special session of the General Assembly through
adjournment sine die of that session. Currently, campaign fundraising
is prohibited only during regular sessions of the General Assembly.
