Bill Summary:

Food manufacturers operating in historic buildings.
Authorizes the Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture
and Consumer Services to exempt food manufacturers operating in historic
buildings from certain laws and regulations related to the structure
of a building if the food manufacturer is deemed to be producing
food products that are low risk of being adulterated.
