Bill Summary:
Division of marital property; Virginia Retirement
System managed defined contribution plan; calculation of gains and
losses. Provides that if the court enters an order to distribute
any Virginia Retirement System managed defined contribution plan,
the Virginia Retirement System shall, if ordered by the court, calculate
gains and losses from the valuation date through the date of distribution
of the benefits.
