Bill Summary:

Income tax; military retirement income subtraction.
Exempts, beginning with taxable year 2022, up to $40,000 of military
retirement income of a veteran who is at least 55 years old and who
was honorably discharged after active duty service in the Armed Forces
of the United States, its reserve components, or the National Guard
of Virginia or any other state.
