Bill Summary:

Witness summons in a criminal matter; requirements.
Requires the attorney for the Commonwealth to file with the clerk
of the court a copy of any witness subpoena and to provide a copy
of such subpoena to any defendant or attorney for the defendant in
the pending criminal matter.
