Higher educational institutions, public; foreign governments, programs and grants.

Bill Summary:

Public institutions of higher education; foreign
governments; programs and grants. Prohibits employees at public
institutions of higher education in the Commonwealth from participating
in Chinese-sponsored talent recruitment programs or receiving Chinese-funded
grants. The bill also requires each employee at such institutions
to disclose to the Council all financial payments received from foreign
governments.
